Assessment Centre


In the selec­tion process for exec­u­tive man­age­ment posi­tions, the Assess­ment Cen­ter (AC) is the selec­tion instru­ment with the high­est qual­i­ty cri­te­ria. We offer half-day or full-day assess­ment options, which we car­ry out indi­vid­u­al­ly or in com­bi­na­tion with a search man­date. Devel­op­ment Cen­ters (DC), on the oth­er hand, serve to assess the poten­tial for the fur­ther devel­op­ment of exist­ing employ­ees.
