Glasford International Deutschland integrates the operative business of the established executive search company MBM

Glasford International is one of the world’s leading executive search organizations with partners in nearly 30 countries around the world and over 200 experienced executive search consultants. The German partner organisation was founded in Munich in 1985, today employs around 20 people and supports medium-sized companies as well as corporate clients with national and global search mandates in the top executive sector.
Since its foundation over 30 years ago, MBM has also been active internationally as an established executive search consultancy and sees itself as a consulting partner for its clients, who are primarily from the automotive and industrial sectors. “This merger is a meaningful and perfect continuation of our longstanding success story.
