However, we also process your personal data to fulfil other legal obligations to which we are subject (e.g. tax obligations).
We use your personal data to safeguard the legitimate interests of us or a third party (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR).
We process your personal data even if we or a third party have a legitimate interest in it: e.g. to secure our debt risk, we can obtain information on creditworthiness or have a debt collection carried out and within the framework of a business contact we process contact data of the contact persons of our business customers. We also use your personal data in the context of direct advertising, unless you have objected to this.
We use your personal data if you consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR)
In individual cases we need your concrete consent for the processing of your personal data. In such cases, we will ask you in advance for your consent and inform you separately
If we become active for you (e.g. in the context of a contract), we can only do this if you provide us with all the necessary personal data. If you do not wish us to do this, we cannot act on your behalf. In some cases there is also a legal obligation to provide us with your personal data; we will inform you separately in such a case.
We process the personal data that we receive from you. In addition, where permitted, we process personal data obtained from public sources (e.g. Xing, LinkedIN, etc.), (information about candidates), debtor directories (creditworthiness data) or other sources (e.g. credit agencies (creditworthiness data)). We will be happy to provide you with further details in individual cases.
If you would like to know which personal data we have stored about you, we will tell you, because you have a right to information according to Art. 15 GDPR in connection with § 34 BDSG.
If you inform us that personal data is incorrect, we must correct this personal data. You have a right to correction according to Art. 16 GDPR.
You have the right to delete your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR in conjunction with § 35 BDSG.
In rare cases (e.g. if it is not clear whether personal data is correct or incorrect or if we would like to delete your personal data but you do not want us to do so) you may request that your personal data be restricted in its processing. You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR.
You have a right of objection pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future.
If you do not wish to receive direct advertising from us, you can object to this at any time and we will no longer use your personal data for direct advertising in the future.
If you object to the processing of your personal data, this will not affect the legality of the processing on the basis of your consent until objection is received.
