Managing Director
David Buchberger is Managing Partner at Glasford International Deutschland as well as Director Business Development and member of the board at Glasford International. David has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Executive Search and in leading international consulting firms.
David has a Master’s degree in HR Education and Management. He advises numerous companies on employing top management candidates in the technological and digital area (focusing on IT, Telco and Media) as well as the manufacturing high-tech sector. In addition, using his broad expertise in the field of digital media and IT, he purposefully supports companies in general Human Resources topics within the context of digital and data-driven transformation.
Managing Director
Ulrich Ritter has been Managing Partner at Glasford International Deutschland since 2003. Earlier, he worked for several international consulting firms and mid-tier businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in Executive Search focused on C‑Level positions, General Management, Sales, Service and Marketing.
Ulrich is a political scientist; his work focuses on long-term consulting of family-run as well as mid-tier businesses in the manufacturing and trade sector at a top-level. Built on mutual respect and trust, Ulrich has been working with some of his clients for more than 20 years and has a strong and widespread network available. He successfully fills C‑level positions, focusing on General Management, Sales, Service and Marketing positions.
Manager & Head of Management Diagnostics
Sebastian Haneder joined Glasford International in 2013. He started as an Executive Search Consultant and developed into the Account Manager role. He advises companies on filling top management positions in the technological and digital sectors as well as in the consumer goods, engineering and automotive sectors.
He fills top executive positions in General Management, Sales and IT. Moreover, Sebastian is responsible for Management Diagnostics (Assessment-/Development Center, Management Audits) and Board Development.
Not only does Sebastian have a Master’s degree in Political Sciences and Psychology, but he is also currently doing his PhD in Philosophy.
Manager
Kim Morgan-Maier has been working for Glasford International since 2016. She advises companies in the technology sector (semiconductors, lighting, IT, telco) and the manufacturing industry in particular. Kim successfully fills executive positions in General Management, Sales & Service, Marketing, HR, Finance and IT.
Being a Cross-Border Specialist, she has a prominent role in successfully advising, controlling and managing international projects. Moreover, Kim is part of the Management Diagnostics team at Glasford International Deutschland, as she is also a certified diagnostician.
Kim graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Munich University of Applied Sciences in 2015. Due to her focus on the service sector and her previous professional experience, especially in the hospitality industry and marketing, she understands the holistic consulting service with reference to the customers and candidates of Glasford International.
Senior Executive Search Consultant
Britt Metternich has been working as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Glasford International Deutschland since 2013. She advises several companies in the technology, high-tech, consumer goods sector and in the manufacturing industry on filling international executive positions.
Her focus is on General Management, Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Finance as well as Production and Supply-Chain Management.
After graduating with a binational Swedish-German Master’s degree in International Business Administration, which focused on marketing and organisations, Britt was holding operative executive positions in Sales and Marketing at an international leading trading company for more than 10 years. Since 2000, she has been working in the Executive Search sector.
Senior Executive Search Consultant
Sandra Muherina has been part of Glasford International Deutschland GmbH since January 2020 after the merger with mbm managementberatung Roland Rabe GmbH. She has got more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search and is always focussed on a long-term and cooperative partnership with clients and candidates.
Sandra fills successfully positions in the automotive sector, sport and consumer goods industry as well as in manufacturing companies. Ms. Muherina has a broad knowledge in all aspects of HR management. Her individual approach is characterised by her ability to deal with people from various professional backgrounds, her strong networking skills as well as holistic support within the entire recruitment process. Values like transparency, reliability and speed are lived by her. Her previous experience in the hotel and service sector are the basis for her values and her service oriented approach.
Senior Executive Search Consultant
Vicki Piller has been working in Executive Search since 2013. Before becoming Senior Executive Search Consultant at Glasford International in 2018, Vicki worked as Project Manager for several years. She advises companies in the engineering, manufacturing and high-tech sector.
In particular Vicki fills executive positions in Sales, Marketing, Production and PR.
Vicki graduated with a Master’s degree in Book Trade and Publishing Industry from Leipzig University of Applied Sciences. While still writing her thesis, she already engaged with the topic of “human capital and the enterprise”. It is her belief that the cultural fit of a candidate is as important as the candidate’s skills to fill positions for our clients on a long-term basis.
Executive Search Consultant
Müge Lakakis is working for Glasford International as Executive Search Consultant since March 2019. She supports the filling of business leaders and management positions in the first, second and third management for larger medium-sized companies, groups and family-owned organisations.
After graduating her Bachelor’s degree in political science she worked as Technical Recruiter especially with companies in the mechanical and electrical engineering, automotive and IT sectors. Currently she is attending a correspondence Master of Business Administration programme with focus on human resource management.
Senior Executive Search Consultant
Johanna Sedlmeir has been working at Glasford International since 2012. Starting in a junior level, Johanna swiftly developed into an Executive Search Consultant role. She focuses on management positions in the technology sector and in technology driven manufacturing industries.
Johanna successfully fills positions in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance and IT.
She graduated with a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Economics from LMU Munich and is currently doing her PhD in business and work ethics.

Klaus-Dieter Weinzierl has acquired a broad know-how in the entire value chain of sales, design, development, quality, production and logistics. Today he has an excellent network to top executives in the automotive industry. Furthermore, Weinzierl has been instrumental in supporting the growth of new product and business areas into countries such as the USA, Eastern Europe, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia and South Africa. Today, he brings his distinctive social and intercultural skills to bear in particular for international search mandates, thus helping clients to achieve international success.
Executive Search Consultant
Nico Beykirch-Wehking joined Glasford International Germany at the beginning of March 2020. He has several years of experience as an executive consultant and expertise in the areas of manufacturing excellence, lean management and process optimization.
He advises medium-sized companies and corporations in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the areas of Six Sigma and Lean Management in different sectors such as automotive, mechanical/plant engineering, supplier and tooling industries, new technologies, aerospace, energy, chemicals/ pharmaceuticals, consumer products and private equity-/portfolio-companies. In doing so, he fills strategic key positions at the upper management levels.
Nico Beykirch-Wehking is a professional HR consultant and business psychologist (B.A.). Due to his expertise in the field of organisational psychology and his relevant consulting experience, he advises companies on all aspects of personnel and organisational questions.
